The tutor was great – lots of real-life and relevant examples given to illustrate key concepts. This course gave me the confidence to immediately apply the key principles I learned in my job as Team Leader. Had a really wonderful time at the course and felt like I learned lots – the presenter was brilliant in that he used our real life examples so it made the concepts all really clear! Thank you! The afternoon session on the second day was really useful and has allowed us to take away action plans with what we have learnt. What a great facilitator! The course content was really useful and there was a balance of theory and practical which kept us all engaged. The tutor was great and has a good teaching style and a wealth of knowledge.
